Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan works with women across Pune's wadis, chawls and peri-urban villages — first through self-help groups, then through leadership, financial and legal literacy, and finally through enterprise. The order matters: confidence and paperwork come before capital.

Alongside this runs our vocational wing. Every course is chosen because women in the neighbourhood asked for it and because it can realistically be turned into monthly earnings from home or from a small shop.
